A stitched logo says something a printed one cannot: this brand takes care. Our in-house embroidery unit in Dhaka runs multi-head computerised machines on polo shirts, caps, hoodies, jackets and workwear produced by Aptex Sourcing, so your branding is applied by the same team that made the garment.
Embroidery styles
- Flat embroidery for chest logos, sleeve marks and back designs – the standard choice for corporate and team wear.
- 3D puff embroidery for caps and streetwear, where the raised stitch gives the logo real presence.
- Applique combining fabric patches with stitched edges, popular on sweatshirts and varsity styles.
- Woven and embroidered badges sewn onto finished garments for workwear and uniform programs.
- Tonal and tone-on-tone stitching for premium ranges that want branding without contrast.
Digitising and sampling
Every design starts as a digitised stitch file. We convert your logo artwork carefully, choosing stitch types that suit the fabric – a file that works on a stiff cap will pucker a light polo shirt, so the digitising is adjusted to the garment, not copied blindly. We then stitch a sample on the actual production fabric and send you a photo or the physical swatch for approval. Thread colours are matched to your brand references, and we hold the approved sample as the standard for the bulk run.
Where embroidery works best
Embroidery suits smaller, durable branding: logos up to about 12 cm wide are the sweet spot. For large artwork, our screen printing unit is usually the better tool, and many buyers combine both – a printed front design with a small stitched logo on the sleeve. You can browse the garments these services apply to in our full product range.
Tell us the garment, the logo size and the quantity through the quote page, and we will confirm stitch count, cost and timing before you commit to anything.
